STAKEHOLDERS
Bryce Benton as the founding member-owner, seeking additional founding member-owners and subsequently workers and business customers who might also find value in membership.

EXPECTATIONS
Financial: As we finalize our membership structure, member-owners will likely be expected to contribute a reasonable membership fee.
Non-financial: Member-owners will actively participate in the cooperative, such as contributing to waste collection, maintaining gardens, participating in decision-making processes, and contributing to our "Life Story" metadata system.

BENEFITS
Financial: Profits from the sale of our vertical gardens will be shared among member-owners, and there is the potential for residual income from contributions to each installed garden.
Non-financial: Reduced waste disposal costs, active participation in environmental sustainability, a sense of community within our cooperative, and participation in our innovative "Life Story" metadata system that promotes accountability and offers creative outlets.

GOVERNANCE RIGHTS
All member-owners will have a say in the decision-making processes, ensuring democratic governance. Decisions may include strategic direction, choice of partners, pricing structures, membership fees, and how to manage and evolve our "Life Story" metadata system.

FINANCIAL RIGHTS
Profit distribution will be based on contributions to the cooperative, which are tracked through our "Life Story" metadata system. This ensures fair compensation for all contributions and allows us to offer residual income possibilities.

GUIDANCE
We're currently seeking advisors from various stakeholder groups, such as environmental organizations, local businesses, and the cooperative sector.

INVESTMENT
While the exact amount of necessary funding is being determined, we're exploring a variety of sources, including member-owner contributions, grants, and external investment. We're also looking into potential partnerships with other green initiatives.

WHY NOW
The urgency of environmental challenges, combined with increasing public interest in zero waste initiatives and potential upcoming regulations favoring sustainable practices, make now the ideal time to introduce an eco-innovative cooperative like ReLeaf.

HOW THIS GETS BIG
ReLeaf's approach is designed to scale, enabled by our "Life Story" metadata system. This unique system not only supports operational transparency and fair compensation but also provides a basis for community engagement and creative expansion. The metadata system can accommodate growth into new locations and the exploration of various social issue foci.
