The Mavens, having integrated their stronghold into the thriving cooperative network of Austin, realized the need for a larger network of resources and information. A decision was made: they would embark on a trade mission.
They repurposed an old cargoship, a colossal remnant of a bygone era, into a solarpunk marvel. Dubbed the "Juggernaut", the ship was a symbol of Austin’s perseverance and ingenuity. Outfitted with advanced inflatable sails designed by the Beekeepers, it harnessed the wind power efficiently, reducing the need for fuel. Its fuel requirements, however, were met by sustainable biomass fuel, a product of the ReLeaf Initiative.
The Juggernaut was more than just a cargoship. Its interiors housed a labyrinthine market, a vibrant fusion of culture and commerce that showcased Austin’s creativity. The Strawbactus hybrid was its prize commodity, a symbol of the city’s resilience and adaptability.
As the ship set sail on its maiden voyage, the people of Austin congregated at the Central, cheering and waving. The vision of the Juggernaut, outlined against the setting sun, heralded a new era of trade and exploration.
But beyond the cheering crowds and the setting sun, a greater mystery awaited the crew on the Juggernaut. The sea had its own secrets, and the maiden voyage was destined to uncover something the city of Austin had never encountered before... something utterly unexpected.
