Utilizing ceramic, porcelain, glass stone, and tile from all over the world, this new Southeast, Texas landmark is a one-of-a-kind artwork conceived by artist J Muzacz and designer Linsey McNeel for the enjoyment of patrons of the Pour09 courtyard.
Not only was the fabrication of this quilt-like mural a community effort, with the diverse staff, owners, and friends of the Pour09 team helping to place each of the tens of thousands of pieces, spelling out iconic Southeast, TX, but the material itself comes from all over the world, most of which has been recycled and repurposed for this mosaic artwork.
