Rolled Paper Inserts

Problem

A bare aluminum can offers smooth walls and a hollow cavity, but little internal structure for roots, cuttings, moisture control, or material organization. Seedlings may slump, roots may crowd, and the space may be underused.

Solution

Roll paper, cardboard, or similar fibrous material into cylinders, spirals, folds, or pockets and place them inside the can. These inserts create channels for air, moisture retention zones, root guidance, and multiple planting niches within one container. Replace or adjust inserts over time as they soften or decompose.
